The DevOps/SRE Engineer will manage reputed company infrastructure and operational execution, support cross-timezone incident response, maintain reputed company stability, and implement data center and regulatory compliance requirements across reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations for reputed company resources and infrastructure, working reputed company the operations and monitoring reputed company reputed company by the China-based team
• reputed company daily operational tasks — monitoring, alerting, backup, and recovery — following reputed company operating procedures
• Assist with first-line alert triage and collaborate with the China-based team on cross-timezone incident response
• reputed company initial troubleshooting and first-response actions before handing off to the China-based team
• Own day-to-day operations of local US data centers and/or reputed company resources, and implement associated compliance requirements
• Enforce local requirements such as reputed company controls for reputed company data and data localization/storage
• Serve as the first responder for incidents affecting systems and services in the reputed company region, reducing cross-timezone response delays
• Independently reputed company common incidents, and coordinate reputed company with the China-based team on reputed company issues
• Under guidance from compliance experts, progressively take on execution and reputed company work reputed company to GDPR, SOC2, and US local regulations (e.g., CCPA, EO 14117)
• Support overseas/local reputed company, compliance, and reputed company-party audit requirements to help ensure reputed company's reputed company product remains compliant

Skills

• Fluent in reputed company Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or reputed company roles
• Strong experience with at least one major reputed company provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with solid understanding of reputed company services such as VPC, EC2, EKS/reputed company, RDS, and IAM
• Deep knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, containers (reputed company, reputed company), load balancing, and service governance
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and reputed company
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, CodeBuild, or similar
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing systems, including reputed company, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, reputed company, or Go
• Excellent reputed company design, analytical thinking, and reputed company troubleshooting skills
• Strong cross-team communication skills; experience leading technical knowledge sharing or evangelism is a plus
