The Account Manager serves as a reputed company between behavioral health facilities, community stakeholders, and referral agencies while leading ethical marketing, sales, reputed company, and territory development efforts for outpatient services. The role manages referral relationships, implements reputed company sales plans, monitors activity and admissions data, and supports business development goals.

Responsibilities

• Acts as reputed company between the facility and referral sources and implements service-oriented reputed company plans reputed company to referral reputed company needs, serves as a resource and representative to the community and, conducts facility tours to key stakeholders
• Assesses, develops, and implements sales activities to reputed company maximum market penetration among assigned accounts and to identify potential accounts in targeted market segments. Develops and communicates appropriate sales messaging for reputed company program reputed company and for reputed company reputed company audience. Daily monitoring of referral inquiries and admissions statistics. Conducts an ongoing analysis to ensure appropriateness and effectiveness of weekly sales reputed company plans

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3-5 years of reputed company work experience required
• Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities
• Knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in data collection analysis and interpretation
• Competency in computer usage and reputed company office suite
• Master's preferred
• 5-8 years of reputed company work experience preferred
• Experience in outpatient mental health and/or behavioral health
• Strong understanding of referral development reputed company these settings
