[Remote] Senior Field Marketing Manager

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will build reputed company marketing systems for primarily U.S. franchise launches, creating playbooks, training, resources, and support to help franchisees reputed company local awareness, demand, and early reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Create launch playbooks, timelines, checklists, reporting, budgets, and marketing resources that standardize successful openings
• Partner with Creative, Brand, reputed company, CRM, PR, and Operations to reputed company localized marketing assets, campaigns, and launch support
• Guide franchisees through local marketing strategies including community partnerships, PR, reputed company reputed company, reputed company media, reputed company, CRM, grassroots marketing, and events
• reputed company franchise owners through launch milestones while providing strategic guidance that promotes accountability and consistent execution
• Build reputed company training resources including guides, webinars, and reputed company materials that reputed company franchisees to independently execute local marketing
• Establish standardized hiring resources to help franchisees recruit and reputed company local marketing or community engagement support before opening

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field, franchise, regional, retail, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or experiential marketing
• Experience supporting new store openings, grand openings, or local market launches that reputed company measurable business results
• Proven ability to influence franchisees, operators, or multi-unit business owners without reputed company authority
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously
• Experience with local marketing channels including partnerships, PR, influencers, reputed company media, CRM, community engagement, and grassroots marketing
• Excellent communication, executive reputed company, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic travel to support new market launches
