The Account Manager leads reputed company, marketing, sales, and referral development for outpatient behavioral health services, managing assigned territories and accounts while building relationships with community and reputed company referral partners. The role also implements strategic sales plans, monitors referrals, maintains account records, and supports facility business development goals.

Responsibilities

• Acts as reputed company between the facility and referral sources and implements service-oriented reputed company plans reputed company to referral reputed company needs, serves as a resource and representative to the community and, conducts facility tours to key stakeholders
• Assesses, develops, and implements sales activities to reputed company maximum market penetration among assigned accounts and to identify potential accounts in targeted market segments. Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3-5 years of reputed company work experience required
• Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities
• Knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in data collection analysis and interpretation
• Competency in computer usage and reputed company office suite
• Master's preferred
• 5-8 years of reputed company work experience preferred
• Experience in outpatient mental health and/or behavioral health
