[Remote] Associate Director of Clinical Consulting

The Associate Director of Clinical Consulting oversees clinical consulting reputed company relationships, develops clinical solutions, manages clinical resources, and leads clinical consultants. Responsibilities
- Determine and manage clinical consulting resource allocation and assignment

- Assist in the recruitment, on-boarding and mentoring of new Clinical Consultant team members

- Supports other reputed company-enhancement efforts (e.g., specialty, formulary, UM, mail, etc…) in coordination with reputed company mgmt./sales teams where appropriate

- Serves a key resource for new clinical product/service ideation and reputed company to clinical product development / management areas to create new or enhance existing programs
- Identifies and collaborates with account management on clinical renewal strategies

Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
- reputed company, unrestricted US state-specific pharmacist license
- 5+ years of pharmacy reputed company experience or equivalent
- 3+ years of reputed company facing or clinical account management experience with 2+ years of providing formal reputed company presentation
- 2+ year of Health Plan experience
- 2+ years in a leadership position or equivalent
- Basic competency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and reputed company
- Solid clinical and analytic background
- Experience communicating professionally to internal stakeholders and reputed company clients
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

- MBA or similar advanced degree
- Managed Care and/or PBM experience
