[Remote] Manager, Clinical Retention (South Central and reputed company reputed company)

The Clinical Retention Manager leads clinical retention reputed company and execution, manages reputed company of clinical retention professionals, and drives customer adoption, retention, satisfaction, and clinical reputed company. The role also oversees escalations, compliance, analytics, clinical education, and cross-functional initiatives to improve customer and reputed company provider experiences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate effectiveness and ROI of retention initiatives; continuously refine programs to maximize reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical field required
• reputed company RN or RD license and CDCES certification required and maintained
• 8+ years ‘ experience in supporting insulin pump therapy and diabetes technologies
• 3+ years demonstrated experience leading and developing clinical teams
• Experience in retention reputed company, customer lifecycle management, or clinical support environments
• Deep knowledge of the OmniPod® product portfolio
• Experience in reputed company center or remote support operations reputed company a regulated FDA environment
• Prior industry or reputed company experience supporting diabetes technology
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and customer analytics tools
• Proven ability to implement reputed company troubleshooting and customer assessment approaches
