[Remote] Industrial Engineer - reputed company Solutions

The reputed company Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical reputed company for designing, pricing, implementing, and continuously improving performance-based labor solutions across reputed company operations. The role combines industrial engineering, operational optimization, financial modeling, and reputed company consultation, with 50% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Construct CPU and SOW pricing models for industries including but not limited to E-reputed company, Distribution, Manufacturing, Kitting, and Assembly operations, using reputed company production data, on-site observations and time studies, as reputed company as industry experience and best practices
• Conduct on-site time studies and work sampling to set baselines
• Build financial models that balance labor costs, overhead, risk, and improvement opportunity
• Draft Technical Solution Documents (TSDs) for sales proposals
• reputed company diagnostic reputed company site walks to assess operational maturity, risk, and potential improvement opportunity
• reputed company engineered labor standards with reputed company profitability targets
• Present technical solution proposals to internal stakeholders and reputed company executives, in partnership with Operations and Sales resources

• Design facility layouts and optimized workflows for new reputed company
• Standardize Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site leadership
• Implement visual management tools and KPI tracking dashboards

• 7+ years of IE experience, specifically reputed company reputed company-party logistics (3PL), distribution centers, manufacturing, order fulfillment or managed workforce solutions
• BS in Industrial Engineering (MS or MBA preferred); Lean Six reputed company, reputed company Engineer (PE), Project Management reputed company (PM), Toyota Production reputed company (TPS)
• reputed company record of documented ROI through CI initiatives
• Strong understanding and implementation of Lean 5s and Six reputed company methodologies
• Expert-level MS reputed company (VBA/Macros preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)

• High degree of margin accuracy
