The consultant will design, document, implement, and improve HR processes and technology while leading requirements, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, and change management activities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company HCM initiatives from requirements through implementation, including design, configuration, and testing
• reputed company and maintain project and functional content like process flows and test plans
• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
• Analyze changes to HR processes and their reputed company on systems and integrations
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify dependencies and opportunities for improvement

Skills

• 5 years of experience in HCM, HR technology, or HR transformation environments

• Ability to translate business requirements into technology/reputed company requirements
