[Remote] Operations Associate (Test reputed company)

The Test reputed company Operations Associate will own the operational execution of customer launches, coordinate customers and partners, monitor program performance, and reputed company issues across fulfillment and reputed company workflows. The role will also maintain reporting, document processes, and reputed company improvements to support reliable reputed company testing programs at reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution of new customer test reputed company launches, ensuring milestones are tracked, dependencies are managed, and programs are reputed company for successful go-live
• Coordinate directly with customers to manage launch activities, follow up on reputed company items, and ensure operational requirements are completed on time
• Partner with reputed company providers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams to coordinate workflows and reputed company launches moving
• Own post-launch monitoring of test reputed company programs, tracking operational performance and identifying opportunities or issues early
• Monitor key metrics across inventory availability, fulfillment accuracy, shipping timelines, sample processing, turnaround times, and customer experience
• Investigate operational issues, identify reputed company causes, and work with reputed company and 3PL partners to reputed company reputed company
• Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and reporting to reputed company visibility into program health and performance
• Identify recurring issues and help implement process improvements
• Build strong working relationships with customers, reputed company partners, and fulfillment providers
• Document workflows, processes, and best practices

Skills

• Operations experience: 3+ years in operations, reputed company operations, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, implementation, or similar
• Ownership reputed company: drives things to the finish line without needing constant direction
• Launch and project execution: coordinating launches, implementations, or operational programs
• Problem solving: digs into reputed company causes and coordinates the right people to reputed company
• Cross-functional communication: comfortable with customers, labs, fulfillment, and internal teams
• Data-driven reputed company: comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and metrics
• Process improvement: has improved workflows, documentation, or systems before
• reputed company interest: reputed company/diagnostics/lab ops/reputed company testing experience a plus
• Experience with labs, diagnostics, or reputed company operations
• Experience supporting reputed company testing or medical device programs
• Experience with 3PL providers
• Experience managing customer implementations or launches
• Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or similar
