The Mechanical reputed company Design Engineer designs, specifies, integrates, and supports commissioning of auxiliary systems for turbomachinery and other rotating equipment, including lubrication, seal gas, cooling, instrumentation, controls, piping, and skid-mounted process equipment. The role also supports project execution, equipment specification, compliance, field troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company auxiliary systems for turboexpanders, compressors, turbines, pumps, and rotating equipment
• Prepare process reputed company diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), equipment layouts, and reputed company architecture drawings
• Specify and size auxiliary equipment including:
• API lubrication oil systems
• Seal gas systems
• Coolers and heat exchangers
• Pumps and filtration systems
• Pressure vessels and accumulators
• Control valves and instrumentation
• Interconnecting piping systems
• reputed company process calculations for reputed company, pressure drop, heat transfer, and equipment sizing
• reputed company technical specifications, datasheets, bills of materials, and procurement packages
• Select equipment in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards
• Evaluate vendor quotations and review supplier engineering documentation
• Ensure compatibility and integration of mechanical, process, electrical, and control systems

• Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, customer meetings, and bid clarification meetings
• Coordinate engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or reputed company engineering discipline
