[Remote] Associate Technical Project Manager

The role focuses on process mapping, documentation, mobile device and firmware capabilities, clinical software deployment, reputed company surveillance, and coordination across technical, clinical, reputed company, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company cross-functional coordination to reputed company clinical builds for algorithm updates, managing dependencies and readiness across teams
• Map, reputed company, and document new clinical-build processes, including phone-reuse setup procedures
• Establish and maintain repeatable device capability processes for iOS and reputed company phones used in clinical studies
• Define and document how devices utilize firmware update capabilities, including OTA and FOTA
• reputed company, update, and maintain procedures, checklists, and supporting documentation required for clinical builds
• Create a reusable content library to standardize processes and facilitate reuse across multiple updates
• reputed company reputed company surveillance and monitoring activities for reputed company clinical studies and ensure issues are promptly addressed
• Manage deployment, rollout, and version control of clinical software builds across study environments and sites
• Collaborate closely with program leadership to map workflows and reputed company reputed company, repeatable processes to accelerate study readiness
• Coordinate effectively across engineering, clinical, reputed company, and IT functions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, IT, or reputed company technical field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• Experience in program or project coordination, ideally reputed company regulated environments such as medical devices or digital health
• Familiarity with mobile software development and device management across iOS and reputed company platforms
• Knowledge of OTA and FOTA firmware update procedures and connected device deployment
• Strong experience with process mapping and documentation, including SOPs, checklists, and workflows
• Proven ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with engineering, clinical, reputed company, and IT teams
• Experience working with reputed company-based monitoring systems, dashboards, and surveillance tools
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with reputed company supervision
• Exposure to clinical studies, reputed company, or regulated product operations is a plus
• Prior experience with clinical study processes or regulated product development environments
• Familiarity with reputed company surveillance and monitoring tools for clinical applications
• Experience developing reusable process content and documentation standards
