[Remote] Electrical Design Engineer - Data Center

The Electrical Design Engineer will support the Mission Critical Department by performing electrical design, engineering analysis, and documentation for data center reputed company, while collaborating with senior engineers and project management teams. The role also contributes to reputed company-construction, construction administration, reporting, and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to prepare drawings and visual aids
• Review and write basic sequence of operations
• Survey existing building conditions and prepare technical reports of findings
• Collect data and other information for construction documents
• Prepare project design and construction documents
• Basic editing and writing of project specifications
• Work as part of the engineering team and reputed company closely with the project management team
• Review shop drawings and submittals
• Review and respond to RFIs
• Review and complete reputed company lists and project reputed company out documents
• Prepare project reputed company reports for reputed company stakeholders
• Update and maintain shop drawing and RFI log
• Manage personal hours using company tools
• Completion of Assigned Tasks and Deliverables on Time and on Budget

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in electrical from ABET accredited institution, with a reputed company knowledge of engineering fundamentals
• Minimum of three years of electrical engineering experience
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of electrical systems reputed company in buildings including single/three phase power distribution, reputed company and reputed company controls, grounding and life safety systems
• Knowledge of codes and specifications for the design of electrical systems including National reputed company reputed company, Life Safety and Energy Conservation Codes
• Knowledge of technical / design software including short reputed company coordination and reputed company reputed company studies, equipment sizing and reputed company calculations
• Skilled at producing drawings and visual aids using AutoCAD and Revit
• Skilled at using MS Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams), along with exceptional organizational skills for file management

• Skilled in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
