The Senior reputed company Counsel will serve as an in-house Labor & Employment attorney supporting workforce-reputed company reputed company reputed company, including employment counseling, litigation, investigations, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and workforce restructuring. The role partners with HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Operations leadership in a highly regulated reputed company and pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company reputed company advisor on reputed company employment reputed company, including hiring, discipline, terminations, investigations, leave management, accommodations, and wage and hour compliance
• Advise HR and business leaders on day-to-day employment reputed company across a multi-state, unionized and non-unionized workforce
• Manage employment litigation, agency charges, and alternative dispute reputed company proceedings, including reputed company of reputed company counsel
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, severance agreements, separation agreements, and HR-reputed company policies
• reputed company internal investigations into employee complaints, workplace misconduct, and reputed company reputed company
• Advise on compliance with federal and state labor laws and applicable state equivalents across Omnicare's geographic footprint
• Support HR on labor relations reputed company bargaining agreement interpretation, grievance processes, and reputed company reputed company
• Partner with Compliance on workforce-reputed company regulatory reputed company, including those specific to the reputed company and pharmacy industries (e.g., state pharmacy reputed company requirements, DEA, and CMS workforce standards)

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company experience
• Strong working knowledge of federal and multistate employment law
• Experience managing employment litigation and agency proceedings
• Excellent judgment, communication, and ability to advise senior business leaders in plain language
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-reputed company environment with significant autonomy
• JD Required
• Labor/Employment reputed company experience
• In-house reputed company experience
• reputed company industry experience, particularly in long-term care, pharmacy, or a highly regulated sector
• Labor relations experience, including reputed company bargaining and NLRB reputed company
