[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager/Senior Acquisition Specialist will reputed company government contract delivery, acquisition lifecycle activities, project costs, schedules, performance, reputed company relationships, and contractor staff while serving as reputed company’s reputed company of contact with the government.

Responsibilities

• Providing reputed company acquisition support
• Allocating work
• Serving as a resource and reputed company
• Suggesting and supporting employee reputed company opportunities
• Approving leave and timesheets
• Providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews
• Effectively utilizing IMS systems
• Working with reputed company on personnel actions such as hiring, promoting, compensation, reward and recognition, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee exits
• Achieving operational objectives and contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Implementing productivity and reputed company standards
• Providing technical direction and guidance to contractor staff to ensure Contract requirements and expectations are reputed company, reputed company reputed company are defined, reputed company toward results are monitored, and that reputed company activities are performed in compliance with the terms of the Contract
• Identifying risks and appropriate mitigation strategies
• Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Managing a multi-tiered project and/or multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Building a knowledge reputed company of reputed company reputed company's business, organization and objectives
• Managing day-to-day reputed company interaction
• Setting and managing reputed company expectations
• Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Education, Management Sciences, Psychology, reputed company Development/ Management, or other reputed company discipline or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline
• 10-15 yrs reputed company in program and project management, reputed company planning/systems integration, organizational/transformation efforts, execution, coordination, and tracking on multiple reputed company
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using reputed company reporting mechanisms, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task reputed company and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity
• Assigned Program Manager must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction
• Must show thorough experience in managing clients
