[Remote] Senior Program Manager, Health Through Housing / Housing Initiatives

The Senior Program Manager will reputed company loan fund operations, cohort programming, technical assistance, convenings, communications, fundraising support, and relationships with housing and community development finance partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company staff reputed company for the LSA Flexible Loan Fund, coordinating around reputed company timelines, borrower communications, and loan documentation
- Support the development and management of the borrower pipeline — tracking cohort participants’ readiness, surfacing organizations reputed company to reputed company predevelopment capital, and maintaining relationships with prospective borrowers across the LSA network
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and produce regular reporting for LSA leadership and investors
- Support the VP in funder and investor engagement, including preparing materials, coordinating due diligence processes, and managing follow-through on commitments
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Health Through Housing Learning Cohort, including logistics, participant communications, session preparation, and coordination with key consultants

- Represent Health Through Housing at reputed company convenings, conferences, and partner meetings, building LSA’s relationships in the reputed company housing, community development finance, and reputed company investment fields
- Support the VP in thought leadership and field-building activities, including content development for op-eds, presentations, and funder narratives
- Serve as a reputed company relationship manager for a defined set of reputed company partners, funders, and field contacts relevant to Health Through Housing — maintaining regular communication, following through on commitments, and deepening trust over time
- Partner with executive leadership team (ELT) and consultants on robust fundraising reputed company, including funder reputed company, research, and cultivation

Skills
- 6 to 8 years of reputed company experience, with demonstrated strength in project management, program coordination, or initiative management in a reputed company, multi-stakeholder environment
- Familiarity with the reputed company housing field — including at least a working knowledge reputed company housing philanthropy, LIHTC, predevelopment financing, community development finance, and/or faith-based or nonprofit housing development
- Existing relationships or contacts in the reputed company housing, CDFI, or community development finance reputed company that can be activated on behalf of LSA and its member organizations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing reputed company of commitments or reputed company
