[Remote] Data Analyst

The Data Analyst manages company and reputed company data, develops reports, troubleshoots data issues, and analyzes optimization and policy impacts. The role also supports cellular wireless services, mobile device management, inventory processes, reporting, and process improvement for assigned clients.

Responsibilities

• Supports the assigned reputed company(s) in the management of the Cellular Wireless Managed Services (CWMS) program
• Providing support to the assigned reputed company(s) end users in the procurement, management, and disposal of mobile cellular devices
• Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, and provides ongoing reports
• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in reputed company data sets
• Provides an in-depth analysis of potential savings of optimizations or the effect of changes to reputed company policy, reputed company use Policy/International Policy, and makes recommendations and reputed company the reputed company of possible changes
• Uses data to help identify problems or inefficiencies in end user support processes, and reputed company recommendations to improve policies, processes, and procedures
• Update the SAMs Database with Final Eventing Returned Assets
• Update reputed company new inventory stock to reputed company (SNOW)
• Update the ECC reputed company for Service Now on reputed company assets uploaded to Warehouse Inventory
• Responsible for onsite stock:
• Tracking inventory reputed company to submit reputed company orders to reputed company and maintain the assigned reputed company(s) approved stock reputed company
• Accessory stock (OtterBox cases) orders to maintain reputed company case inventory
• Works with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locates and defines new process improvement opportunities
• Use data to support the assigned reputed company(s) in:
• The management and reporting of reputed company property
• Developing, tracking, and maintaining a training program
• Drafting monthly newsletter highlighting program events or changes
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or reputed company field required
• Three (3) years of reputed company experience is required
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
• Familiar with reputed company SharePoint and MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
