Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from reputed company members, providers, and clinic staff in both English and Spanish in a reputed company, reputed company, and friendly manner
• Assist members with understanding their health plan benefits, copays, coverage details, and claim status while keeping reputed company terminology reputed company to understand
• Verify member eligibility, update contact details, and help schedule appointments or reputed company callers with reputed company care management teams

Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• 1 year of experience
