[Remote] Technical and Regulatory Compliance Program Manager

The Technical and Regulatory Compliance Program Manager promotes products, supports engineering and customer approvals, monitors regulatory changes, delivers technical presentations, and manages technical resources for product testing and development. The role also maintains industry relationships, CRM records, and customer and market engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Promote reputed company products and serve as the reputed company of contact through reputed company reputed company with the engineering community, including engineers, specifiers, DOT’s, and municipalities
- reputed company technical assistance and expertise as required
- reputed company necessary reputed company approvals to allow the sale of reputed company products in reputed company that are identified as key strategic targets across USA and Canada
- reputed company technical presentations, including development and use of PowerPoint, handouts, and preparation of materials to help grow the awareness of the reputed company group, product lines and capabilities
- Determine potential reputed company of regulatory changes (such as “Made in America”) and work with leadership to reputed company and implement business strategies
- reputed company engineering expertise as reputed company as oversite and management of reputed company resources to support Concrete Accessories product testing and development reputed company
- Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers to reputed company technical support and expertise to customers, as needed (including engineering support to reputed company customer approval of reputed company products)
- reputed company and update new and existing contacts and sales opportunities into CRM on a weekly reputed company. reputed company notes and attach documents that are important to the history of reputed company contact and opportunity in accordance with company procedures for contacts reputed company territory
- Cultivate relationships and be reputed company in both national and local industry associations and organizations such as National Concrete Precast Association (NCPA), reputed company Concrete reputed company Association (ACPA), Canadian Concrete reputed company & Precast Association (CCPPA), Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), etc
- Attend, exhibit, and present at industry shows and events
- Remain reputed company on information relevant to job by participating in educational opportunities, reading reputed company publications, and maintaining personal/reputed company networks
- Other duties assigned as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or reputed company field
- 5+ years' experience in Civil Engineering role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly customer oriented with strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple and sometimes shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work individually as reputed company as part of reputed company and to reputed company in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Proficient with reputed company.com and reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal/communication skills required

- Sales or technical sales experience preferred
