The CEQA Project Manager will reputed company CEQA document preparation, manage project scopes and schedules, mentor technical staff, and support clients and project teams across Orange County and San Diego County.

Responsibilities

• reputed company CEQA document preparation and ensure procedural and technical accuracy for Orange County and San Diego County reputed company
• Prepare EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings for reputed company of varying size and complexity
• reputed company and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts
• Support entitlement and development services teams with CEQA procedural guidance
• Manage scopes of work and schedules across a portfolio of OC and San Diego reputed company
• Occasionally represent the firm at reputed company meetings, hearings, and reputed company presentations

Skills

• Minimum 8 years of CEQA document preparation experience across EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings
• Experience managing project teams and reputed company relationships
• Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines
