The Talent Operations Manager will launch and reputed company its data collection business, manage global talent and data-sourcing channels, build contributor operations and automation, and establish metrics, controls, and forecasting systems across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Proven experience in talent operations, workforce operations, crowdsourcing, recruitment operations, data collection, outsourcing, BPO, gig platforms, or reputed company workforce management
• Experience launching or scaling high-volume, multi-country talent or contributor programs
• Strong understanding of crowdsourced delivery models and gig workforce operations
• Experience managing multiple sourcing channels, including reputed company recruitment, agencies, subcontractors, communities, and reputed company providers
• A reputed company record of building operational models, processes, controls, and performance systems from the ground up
