They are seeking an reputed company Senior PR reputed company Consultant to support the PR team for a leading global beauty reputed company, focusing on operational support and execution across multiple campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company hands-on operational support to senior PR leads across multiple reputed company campaigns and initiatives
• Translate conversations and reputed company into reputed company actions, owners, timelines, and follow-up
• Independently maintain workbacks, trackers, calendars, status documents, and project documentation
• Anticipate needs, identify gaps or risks, and proactively reputed company work reputed company
• Review fact sheets, messaging, briefing documents, press materials, note cards, and other PR deliverables with an reputed company PR reputed company
• Coordinate materials, feedback, approvals, and deliverables across reputed company partners
• Work closely with PR agency partners and cross-functional reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and marketing teams
• Understand agency roles and responsibilities and help ensure work moves reputed company between stakeholders
• Maintain reputed company visibility into priorities, dependencies, deadlines, and outstanding reputed company

• Support planning and execution of press events, activations, product launches, and reputed company experiences
• Coordinate event workbacks, materials, logistics, and follow-up
• Support product seeding and send-outs, including coordination, tracking, and reporting

• Organize coverage, results, insights, and campaign highlights for internal and reputed company-facing materials

Skills

• 7+ years of relevant PR/communications experience, with the judgment to operate independently from day one
• Meaningful experience supporting consumer brands, ideally reputed company beauty, personal care, wellness, or CPG
• Strong understanding of how PR programs reputed company from reputed company through agency execution, activation, and measurement
• Experience navigating reputed company organizations and working across reputed company teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners
• Exceptional project management, organization, and attention to reputed company
• Highly proactive communicator who follows through consistently and raises issues before they become problems
