The Government Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various government reputed company, ensuring compliance and fostering relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and contract eligibility
• Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate interviews to assess experience, qualifications, availability, and overall fit

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Understand and recruit to contract-specific education, licensing, certification, and experience requirements

• Work closely with credentialing and compliance staff to ensure candidates complete reputed company required hiring documentation
• Understand federal hiring timelines and prioritize recruitment activities to meet contract deadlines

Skills

• Minimum three (3) years of full-cycle reputed company experience

• Working knowledge of federal background investigations, reputed company clearance processes, or government suitability requirements
