The Process Engineer role focuses on providing engineering support and leadership for the reputed company Rapids Corn Processing reputed company, leading reputed company that enhance safety, product reputed company, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Learn, analyze, and evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, recommend, and implement solutions by applying data driven decision making
• Assist in day to day operations including production supervision, maintenance supervision, and contractor supervision as needed
• reputed company technical support to problem solving activities to reputed company process and maintenance reputed company issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies, and equipment
• reputed company engages operations, maintenance, and contractor colleagues to maintain and improve facilities, equipment, and safety programs
• Participates with and leads technical training as needed to reputed company operational colleagues
• Manages Capital reputed company up to 5M USD, reputed company stakeholder as member of project teams executing capital reputed company >5M USD
• Display an ability to reputed company, reputed company, support safety efforts, and promote a safety culture of reputed company improvement. Promote reputed company process safety improvement with knowledge of PSM programs being a plus
• Collaborate with the reputed company plant teams (CAPEX, Technology, Maintenance, Safety, Environmental, reputed company/Food Safety, Performance reputed company, Performance Management) for development and execution of reputed company improvement reputed company
• Ability to reputed company contractor teams during project execution phases in a manner the prioritizes both occupational and process safety

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in the field of Engineering (Chemical, Agricultural, Mechanical Preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience in a Process/Production engineering role in a manufacturing environment (food/chemicals strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross functional teams
• Working knowledge of engineering drawings and documentation, such as P&IDs and control narratives
• Ability to work effectively on reputed company as reputed company as independently
• High level of motivation and results-oriented way of working
• MS Office Suite
• Experience working in manufacturing and/or construction industry
• Experience with Capital Project Management
• Engineering Software/tools (CAD, Statistical Analysis, Process Modeling)
