[Remote] Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C)

They are seeking a Customer Support Agent to respond to customer inquiries, process service requests, and help retain policyholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc
• Help customers with questions they have regarding existing reputed company policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or reputed company changes to existing policy
• Work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at reputed company of cancellation

Skills

• 2+ years of experience working in a reputed company center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passionate about helping others
