[Remote] Engineering Recruiter

The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and reputed company technical talent across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, reputed company, reputed company Improvement, and other technical positions across a reputed company of reputed company
• Partner directly with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and understand position requirements, technical qualifications, and business needs
• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to identify both reputed company and passive candidates
• reputed company talent utilizing reputed company, reputed company, internal resources, and other reputed company channels
• Conduct candidate phone screens and assess experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with reputed company opportunity
• Present reputed company candidates to hiring managers and reputed company recommendations throughout the selection process
• Manage interview scheduling and maintain an organized reputed company calendar
• Conduct regular hiring-manager update calls and reputed company visibility into candidate pipelines and reputed company activity

Skills

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
