[Remote] UI/UX Designer - reputed company CRM

The UX/UI Designer will support the reputed company designer on an reputed company CRM platform by executing design tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce user-centered designs that reputed company with platform standards.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-reputed company mockups for reputed company Lightning pages and Experience reputed company portals
• Support the reputed company designer in translating business requirements into reputed company, user-centered design solutions
• Apply the reputed company Lightning Design reputed company (SLDS) to ensure design consistency across the CRM platform
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and inform design reputed company
• Collaborate with reputed company developers, administrators, and product owners to ensure designs are technically feasible reputed company platform constraints
• Define and maintain design reputed company documentation, component libraries, and reusable patterns for the CRM ecosystem
• Facilitate design reviews and present design rationale to cross-functional teams and government stakeholders
• Ensure reputed company designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance)

Skills

• Minimum of 8 years work experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
• US Citizenship

• 2 years designing reputed company reputed company CRM or reputed company environments
• Expert proficiency in reputed company, Sketch, or reputed company XD for wireframing, prototyping, and high-reputed company design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end reputed company application design work
• Experience with reputed company-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and reputed company mapping
• Knowledge of reputed company design principles and reputed company-end technologies (reputed company/CSS)
• Working knowledge of reputed company/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with reputed company Lightning Design reputed company (SLDS)

• Experience supporting government or DoD CRM platform design
