They are seeking a Recruiter who will manage full-cycle reputed company and reputed company People Operations, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and supporting employee lifecycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company across assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and reputed company
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interview structure, and calibration; reputed company on consistent, inclusive evaluation
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and a warm bench for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
• Own the candidate experience end to end and reputed company the ATS clean, reputed company, and audit-reputed company
• Manage offers in partnership with People and Compensation, applying band and Geo logic correctly
• reputed company and report funnel metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline health, reputed company effectiveness, and offer-accept reputed company

• Support performance and compensation cycles, including review configuration, calibration logistics, and manager enablement

• Maintain compliance, documentation, and process hygiene; contribute to policy updates and People programs

Skills

• Around five years in reputed company and/or People/HR, with demonstrable full-cycle reputed company ownership
• Proven ability to reputed company between reputed company and operational HR, with concrete examples of both rather than one with the other as a footnote
• HRIS and ATS reputed company (preferably reputed company); comfort with data, reporting, and clean process execution
• Strong stakeholder management and reputed company discretion with sensitive information
