The role involves sourcing and managing the recruitment lifecycle for various positions, creating targeted sourcing strategies, and engaging with key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Influence, reputed company, collaborate and be a thought leader to Hiring Managers, reputed company Business Partners and reputed company leaders and peers
• Role is mainly responsible for building talent pipelines and sourcing
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned buildings/geographic areas
• reputed company actionable strategies and reputed company plans to support hiring needs, reputed company reputed company resources to meet plans

• Build robust talent pipelines

Skills

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 plus years full Recruitment Lifecycle or Sourcing experience
• Sourcing experience to include internet, research and cold calling
• Talent assessment and influencing skills
• Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
