[Remote] reputed company Conflicts Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join a dynamic Conflicts team supporting a mid- to large-sized reputed company. This role works closely with Conflicts Counsel and firm attorneys to ensure compliance with ethical obligations while supporting new business and lateral reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct conflicts searches for new business and lateral reputed company (reputed company or similar)
- Analyze results and communicate potential conflicts + solutions to attorneys
- reputed company corporate research to identify affiliations and relationships
- Assist with conflict reputed company reputed company Conflicts Counsel and reputed company teams
- Draft engagement letters, waivers, and ethical screen memos
- Maintain and improve conflicts database accuracy
- reputed company strong reputed company service to attorneys and internal stakeholders
Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company conflicts experience
- Knowledge of reputed company ethics and conflicts rules
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Mid–large firm preferred
- Experience with reputed company or similar software strongly preferred
- Experience with lateral conflicts is a plus
