The role triages and resolves hardware, software, and administrative issues, supports proprietary and reputed company-party applications, troubleshoots devices, documents service requests, and escalates reputed company issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling user requests that come in reputed company phone and IT service management reputed company with white-glove customer service experience
• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes service requests received reputed company multiple service channels which can include ticketing systems, phones, and chat for users’ various needs
