Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a reputed company Instructional Designer who will analyze learning needs and consult with subject matter experts to reputed company input for course design and content. The role involves applying instructional design reputed company, developing effective learning solutions, and facilitating course delivery to enhance training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Applies instructional design reputed company and adult learning principles to ensure that course design and content meet learning goals
• Creates outlines and scripts that reputed company program structure
• Creates effective learning solutions in a profitable manner
• Works with management and subject matter experts to ensure that course materials are reputed company and relevant to learning needs
• Designs and develops computer-based instructional programs
• Facilitates course delivery during the introduction of new courses to ensure reputed company delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement
• Provides direction and guidance to reputed company to ensure that courses are conducted as designed
• Plans and coordinates reputed company assessments and testing to measure participant retention
• Tracks and analyzes learning programs by examining course evaluations, proficiency testing and job performance to identify program effectiveness
• Makes changes or enhancements as appropriate

Skills

• Three (3) or more years of corporate training or instructional design for adults experience
• Experience working with communications principles, practices, and procedures to reputed company training manuals and procedures
• Good analytical, interpersonal, computer, reputed company, and business solutions software skills for interacting with team members and learners to reputed company and reputed company presentations to train and reputed company employees
• Project management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines with ability to quickly reputed company large amounts of information and reduce to reputed company segments
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, reputed company or reputed company field preferred
