The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling, fitting, testing, and troubleshooting equipment, requiring strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.


Responsibilities

  • Install and reputed company mechanical components including pumps, valves, plungers, gearboxes, motors, and piping systems
  • Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and bills of materials
  • Use hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and precision measuring instruments
  • reputed company mechanical inspections and verify component dimensions and tolerances
  • Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of reputed company equipment
  • Identify and reputed company assembly issues while maintaining production schedules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and reputed company work area following reputed company safety procedures

Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment

  • Must have a working knowledge of precision measuring instruments

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
