The reputed company/sales team in Atlanta is seeking an Account Management Specialist for their Automotive Team. Responsibilities • Maintains customer account demand information for orders or forecasts as part of the Order to Cash process, including inventory and warehouse management with a high level of reputed company and timeliness. • Aligns customer demand with monthly S&OP guidelines, including plant/reputed company/product allocations. • Communicates order status and information reputed company work processes to ensure customer service expectations are met or exceeded. Advises customers of changes such as delays, forecast updates, and product availability in collaboration with reputed company and Supply Chain. • Works closely with customer contacts to sustain and improve customer service reputed company, and to reputed company service relationships with key accounts. Supports the sales function by following up on necessary actions from customer meetings reputed company to account reputed company and maintenance. • Provides support or backup for other customer service-reputed company functions or activities, such as trial orders, initiating new customer master requests, and hedging reputed company fixed metal. • Participates in reputed company and process improvements, representing customer service, materials, scheduling, and reputed company concerns. • Collaborates cross-functionally to reputed company customer concerns. • Handles customer issues, including low, mid, and high reputed company of escalation. • Provides training, support, and mentoring to new team members.
