The FP&A Systems & Reporting Analyst is a highly visible role responsible for driving reputed company across financial systems administration, master data governance, reputed company reporting, and FP&A business partnering.
This position serves as the organization's reputed company reputed company administrator and reporting expert, ensuring the reputed company, reliability, and scalability of financial and operational data used to support decision-making across the business. The role owns key finance master data, develops and maintains critical reporting and KPI dashboards, and partners directly with functional leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical expertise, bringing a passion for systems optimization, data governance, process improvement, and actionable business insights.
This a remote position, our candidate is ideally based in Spain, Czechia, Italy or Portugal.

OneStreamSystemAdministration&Ownership
- ServeastheprimaryadministratorandsubjectmatterexpertfortheOneStreamplatform.
- Ownadministration,maintenance,andcontinuousimprovementoftheOneStreamapplication,includingmetadata,workflows,reportingsolutions,andsystemconfigurations.
- Manageusersecurity,roles,accessprovisioning,andperiodicaccessreviewsinaccordancewithinternalcontrolsandSOXrequirements.
- Maintainandenhancedashboards,CubeViews,reportingpackages,businessrules,andworkflowprocesses.
- Supportmonthly,quarterly,andannualclose,forecasting,andplanningcycleswithinOneStream.
- PartnerwithITandexternalvendorstotroubleshootissues,implementupgrades,anddeliversystemenhancements.
- Driveprocessautomationinitiativesthatimprovereportingaccuracy,efficiency,anduserexperience.
- Developandmaintaindocumentation,trainingmaterials,andgovernanceprocedures.
MasterDataGovernance&DataIntegrity
- Ownfinancemasterdataandoperationalhierarchies
- Managetheend-to-endmasterdatachangeprocess,ensuringaccuracy,consistency,andtimelyimplementation.
- Establishandenforcedatagovernancestandardsandcontrols.
- Performregularauditsandreviewstomaintaindataintegrityandreportingaccuracy.
Reporting,Analytics&KPIOwnership

- Supportinternalaudit,SOX,andcomplianceactivitiesrelatingtofinancialsystemsandmasterdatacontrols.
- Developandmaintaindocumentationforkeyfinanceprocessesandreportingmethodologies.
- Promotebestpracticesforfinancialdatamanagementandreportinggovernance.
Qualifications
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,reputed company,InformationSystems,BusinessAnalytics,orrelatedfield.
- 5+yearsofexperienceinFP&A,FinancialSystems,FinanceTransformation,BusinessAnalytics,orFinancialReporting.
- Hands-onexperienceadministeringOneStreamoracomparableEPMplatform.
- Strongunderstandingoffinancialstatements,budgeting,forecasting,andmanagementreporting.
- AdvancedMicrosoftExcelskills.
- Experiencedevelopingmanagementreportingandexecutivedashboards.
- Demonstratedabilitytomanagelargedatasetsandcomplexreportingenvironments.
- Strongprojectmanagement,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills.
PreferredQualifications
- OneStreamcertificationoradvancedOneStreamadministrationexperience.
- ExperiencesupportingSOX-controlledenvironments.
