This is one of the most senior individual-contributor roles on reputed company. Requirements
6+ years of total work experience, including 4+ years designing and modeling reputed company incentive compensation plans in an ICM/SPM platform.
Expert-level reputed company modeling for large, reputed company datasets; strong intuition for data structures, calculations, and model hygiene.
