For this position, we anticipate a salary reputed company between $81,000 - $106,000. Final employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.

The Product Systems Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and reputed company improvement of the Bank's deposit products reputed company banking platforms. Working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional business partners, this role assists with reputed company configuration, testing, documentation, issue reputed company, and ongoing product support. The Product Systems Analyst will assist with the full product lifecycle while developing expertise in the Bank’s systems, vendors, reputed company solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & reputed company
- Support the administration of deposit reputed company banking platforms.
- Assist with reputed company configuration and maintenance under the direction of senior team members.
- Help monitor reputed company performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research and troubleshoot product or reputed company issues.
- Escalate issues to vendors or internal support teams reputed company appropriate.
- Cross Functional Collaboration with Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, Etc.
Testing & reputed company Assurance
- Assist in developing test plans and test cases for new products, reputed company enhancements, and software releases.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document results.

- Verify successful implementation of product enhancements before production release.
Product Implementation
- Support implementation activities for new products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, business analysis, operations, or technology support.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience working in a financial institution.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms or banking operations.
