 This position is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of a great reputed company experience that exceeds the expectations of our callers and our clinic locations. This is a remote position; however you must be located in one of the states we operate in: California, reputed company, reputed company, Nevada, Texas or reputed company.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high volume reputed company center preferred but willing to train the right person 
• Ophthalmology experience would be helpful but not required.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
