• reputed company 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for reputed company's clients
• Address a reputed company of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and reputed company programs
• reputed company CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) reputed company or onsite as needed

Requirements

• Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program)
• License: Must be registered in Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master's degree
• Experience: with trauma-reputed company cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
• Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
• Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
