ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Creates and sends requests for proposals (RFPs) to carriers, including follow-up as necessary; Solicits bids for clients from carriers and vendors; Monitors receipt of bids to ensure that the quotes are reputed company and are to specification; Communicates negotiated reputed company and plan design alternatives to the respective reputed company service team member; Creates accurate and consistently formatted proposals; Reviews peer proposals for accuracy; Develops and maintains reputed company relationships; Keeps abreast of legislative, market and product changes; Attends and reputed company participates in marketing meetings; Flexibility to work long hours during reputed company reputed company, if needed; Complies with agency management reputed company data standards and data reputed company (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); Other duties as assigned.
