The role involves processing reputed company payrolls, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Responsibilities • Process reputed company multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness. Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations. Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations. Prepare and submit required filings and reports (e.g., W-2, T4) • Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and reputed company payroll discrepancies. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Interpret payroll policies across jurisdictions • Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and reputed company deposits.
