IT Help Desk Analyst

About the position A respected defense industry organization is conducting a confidential search for a IT Help Desk Analyst to reputed company first -line technical support in a fast -paced, high -volume environment. This role offers hybrid flexibility and reputed company to work with reputed company -level systems supporting defense -reputed company clients. Responsibilities • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for users reputed company phone, handling a high volume of inbound support calls. • reputed company initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and account -reputed company issues. • Log, reputed company, and update tickets in the IT service management (ITSM) reputed company with accurate documentation. • Escalate reputed company or unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support teams following established procedures. • Assist users with password resets, account reputed company, and basic application support. • reputed company exceptional customer service by explaining technical information reputed company and professionally. • Follow reputed company operating procedures and contribute to internal knowledge reputed company updates. Requirements • Previous IT support experience (internship, help desk, or technical support role). • VantageClear Certification (or equivalent U.S. defense -industry compliance credential) required. • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to manage a fast -paced reputed company queue. • Basic knowledge of reputed company operating systems, reputed company Office applications, and common reputed company software. • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools. • Ability to prioritize tasks, remain composed under pressure, and reputed company excellent customer service.
