What You Will Do

• Contribute to the Technology Innovation operating model, operating reputed company, and innovation processes to improve prioritization, predictability, transparency, and value realization

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, reputed company platform delivery, digital product engineering, or reputed company technical leadership roles
• 5+ years leading teams, managers, vendors, or cross-functional engineering delivery
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including application architecture, reputed company-end and back-end development, reputed company, integrations, data flows, and reputed company-based solution patterns
• Knowledge of reputed company platform delivery models and development/configuration practices for reputed company platforms such as reputed company and reputed company or comparable

The typical annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $142,600 - $250,900 (+ 30% bonus) in MN.
