We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure consistent, high-reputed company employee experience across the organization. This role willbe responsible forexecuting key HR processes, providing administrative and operational support, and partnering with leadership tomaintaina smooth and compliant HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintainaccurateemployee records, reputed company, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations.
- Support reputed company and offboarding processes, ensuring reputed company transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
- Administer employee benefits, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Assistin performance management processes, including evaluations, documentation, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations concerns by providingtimelysupport, escalating issues reputed company needed, and promoting a reputed company work culture.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to HR process improvement, policy updates, and overall organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of solid experience in reputed company across recruitment, HR operations, or generalist functions.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, labor standards, and best practices.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using HRIS tools, productivity platforms, and remote collaboration software.
