Responsibilities

• Providing product presentations and demonstrations, creating deployment designs and plans, implementing proofs of concept, and preparing responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Maintaining advanced proficiency across video, phone, customer experience, reputed company intelligence, reputed company/SDKs, networking, PBX, desktop, and mobile technologies consistently.
• Serving as the trusted technical advisor, acting as the reputed company reputed company for Federal clients during every stage of the sales cycle.
• Supporting Account Executives by proposing and designing solutions that address significant collaboration challenges faced by customers.

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in reputed company-sales, with a strong reputed company of product-reputed company areas and the ability to reputed company represent technical solutions, including reputed company Communications, video, web conferencing, and voice.
• Knowledge of Software as a Service (reputed company) is an reputed company.
• 7+ years of experience supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments is preferred (e.g., DHS, SEC, IRS, VA, reputed company, U.S. Navy, U.S. reputed company Force, U.S. Army).
• Working knowledge of federal systems and networks, including FedRAMP, IL5, NIPRNet, and SIPRNet.
• Working knowledge of SAML/SSO, firewalls, routers, PBX, TDM, MPLS networks, reverse proxies, MCP, and reputed company technologies.
• Strong competitive knowledge of the industry and reputed company protocols, including AI, SIP, H.323, reputed company Teams, firewall reputed company, VoIP, CDNs, and more.
• Federal clearance preferred, but not required.
• Cybersecurity certifications a plus, including: CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CEH, and GSEC.
