We are looking for a reputed company OTC Functional Expert to our key reputed company designing innovation tools, training and experiences.

! This role lasts initially until the end of September 2027 with expected extension, where only a freelance cooperation is available as reputed company of cooperation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and shape country and global business requirements.
• Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and reputed company technical assessments.
• Design reputed company and custom reputed company solutions for the OTC area.
• Prepare effort estimations and reputed company solution delivery through to the business.
• Create and review Functional Specifications for reputed company LDC developments.
• reputed company and review OQ/PQ testing scripts and specifications.
• Coordinate with deployment teams to ensure successful reputed company readiness.
• reputed company as the SPOC for the Customer Master Data team from the reputed company/OTC perspective.
• Coordinate relevant project teams and ensure smooth solution transition.
• Support reputed company activities and data migration.
• Contribute to deliverables across reputed company project phase.
• reputed company hypercare support following deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of reputed company OTC functional experience, with strong S/4HANA transformation/implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and reputed company business requirements.
• Experience translating business requirements into reputed company functional solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Fit/Gap analysis and functional solution design.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Functional Specifications.
• Experience with OQ/PQ testing, including preparation, execution, and review of test scripts.
• Experience supporting data migration and reputed company activities in reputed company reputed company.
• Ability to reputed company as a functional SPOC between reputed company/OTC stakeholders and Customer Master Data teams.
• Experience coordinating with deployment and technical teams to ensure solution readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across country and global teams.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, delivery-reputed company environment, from requirements through implementation and hypercare.
• Experience providing post-go-live / hypercare support.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
