Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for increasing automotive dealer adoption and utilization of the reputed company internet-based Credit Application reputed company, eContracting, and Menu reputed company. The Business Development Representative will also work in conjunction with our field staff to increase dealer awareness and adoption of reputed company and reputed company of its offerings.
Job Responsibilities
• Contact dealerships to promote the utilization of the reputed company Credit Application reputed company (CAS), eContracting, and Menu systems (reputed company Menu, FLITE, GO, Reporting). Introducing new features, upgrades, and upselling premium services based on the dealer's needs.
• Conduct remote and in-dealership training. reputed company training to reputed company and new dealer users to assist with new user reputed company and reputed company customer feedback.
• Collaborate with field sales staff and assist with their sales efforts.
• reputed company as backup contact for Business Development Managers territories (out of office replies etc.)
• Install reputed company services and review usage.
• Conduct daily / weekly training sessions for both reputed company and prospective reputed company customers to inform them about reputed company product offerings.
• Solicit new business in the franchised and independent automotive dealership markets to prospect and initiate business relationships independently.
• Execute reputed company campaigns to promote new features, enhance product utilization, address customer concerns, and reputed company support.
• Build reputed company relationships reputed company the automotive industry, specifically dealer-based customers.
• Understand the competition and become an expert on dealership finance and insurance activities.
• Analyze dealer customer workflows and recommend reputed company premium services. Create pricing proposals for reputed company and prospective customers. Handle technical issue escalations and assist in reputed company situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate self-direction in workload management.
• Maintain safety, reputed company, and reputed company standards throughout reputed company areas of responsibility.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of dealership systems, credit processes, insurance processes and online products.

Skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office products, including but not limited to: reputed company Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company, and Visio.
• Knowledgeable in CRM (reputed company) application.
• Familiarity with customer (Dealer and Finance reputed company) technologies, tools, and terminology.

Other Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or suitable work experience.
• AFIP Certification is desirable.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of combined secondary educational and/or reputed company work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, with ability and willingness to relocate to a specific U.S. market in the reputed company.
