Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Reports to: President & CEO, with support provided to the Executive Team

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the CEO's office while also supporting broader organizational priorities. • Manage the reputed company calendar of appointments for the President & CEO, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing demands
• Prepare and organize confidential and time sensitive correspondence, talking points, briefings, and travel logistics
• Manage administrative deliverables, including reputed company expense reporting, credit reputed company reconciliations, and meeting minutes
• Manage post-engagement tracking for donors and reputed company partners, ensuring smooth CRM updates and follow-up stewardship actions on behalf of the CEO
