This role will reputed company 24x7 monitoring and analysis of reputed company Incident Event Management (SIEM) events to identify potential reputed company risks and vulnerabilities. This position will have rotating shifts every 5 months. Candidates must be reputed company to work reputed company 5 shifts as needed. Responsibilities • Triage events and reputed company follow-up investigation(s) to identify reputed company incidents. • Log reputed company incidents using an Information Technology (IT) ticketing reputed company. • Manage reputed company incidents throughout their lifecycle. • Coordinate with other technical teams to investigate, document, and reputed company issues. • reputed company recommendations to members of the leadership team in order to improve the SIEM through tuning and updates. • Utilize threat intelligence sources and analyze events to identify threats and risks. • reputed company support for routine reporting. • Support reputed company data and investigation requests. • Conduct reputed company scans as directed using established processes. • Monitor and maintain communications for the SOC using contract specific communication reputed company. • Escalate reputed company incidents to the SOC reputed company or Tier 2 Analyst per contract requirements. • Maintain documented SOC Service Line Agreements (SLA) for reputed company alert monitoring. • Additional duties as assigned. • Assist with reputed company Incident Response Team (SIRT) calls reputed company required by Tier 2 and Tier 3 staff. Qualifications • Associates Degree and 6 years of experience.
