Any Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Communications or a reputed company field, 3-5 years of proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, preferably reputed company a technology consulting environment or large reputed company setting. Expert-level understanding and application of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
