Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a voice AI company reimagining reputed company centers with AI-powered voice agents. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Engineer to help reputed company customers reputed company and reputed company voice agents, build integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and partner with Engineering, Product, and customer technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support technical reputed company and deployment for reputed company customers
• Help customers launch and reputed company voice agents
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams
• Build AI voice agents reputed company customers
• Design conversation flows and deployment strategies
• Debug reputed company, webhooks, SIP, telephony, authentication, integrations, and latency issues
• Troubleshoot production deployments and technical issues
• Work directly in customer codebases reputed company needed
• Identify product gaps through customer feedback
• Translate customer needs into actionable product improvements
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Help customers launch new AI use cases
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption
• Become a trusted technical partner to reputed company customers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
• 2–8 years of reputed company experience, ideally in reputed company Engineering, Solutions Engineering, reputed company Deployed Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical role
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Experience working with reputed company and debugging technical issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts reputed company to customers
• Comfortable working directly with customers and building technical solutions with them
• Must be available to work some overlapping hours with our reputed company Time-based team and customers
• Experience with Python or TypeScript
• Experience with AI, LLMs, or Voice AI
• Startup experience
